     We at mechkartz provide 100% Fitment Guarantee for all of our products. We also assure you for door delivery of your every order. If product have any issue regarding fitment, manufacturing or shipping one can return his order with following conditions:-

  1. Fitment Issue :- In Case delivered product not get fitted properly or you receive product for any other vehicle or with different specifications then this will be replaced/Exchanged as per your choice.
  2. Manufacturing Defect :- In case if your delivered product have any manufacturing defect then this will only be exchanged.
  3. Defect in Shipping :- We always ensure proper sturdy packing for all of our orders, But if your delivered product have any defect due to mishandling then this will be exchanged.

If you have any problem with your order/orders in terms of fitting or you received a defective product. We will be happy to return/exchange/refund your order. All return or Exchange process must be initiated within 10 Days of product delivery. No Return or Exchange will be done after 10 Days. Please return the unused product with original box, Make sure it doesn’t contain any oil, grease stain on its surface. Pack your item and place a return request by following ways :-

  1. Drop a mail at hello@mechkartz.com with subject Return order id MKXXXXX. Mention all your concern in mail, attach images with difference. We will back to you within 24 hours with further process of return pickup. You may ask to book return parcel to nearby courier service. The courier charges will be paid by us.
  2. You can also place a return request by just calling on our customer support number available on our website.

Return Shipping:-

Return pickup will be arrange from our side where ever feasible. But in extreme circumstances you may be asked to book the product in any nearby reliable courier.

Exchange or Refund Process:-

Once we receive the product at our location we will re-check the problem occurred. No refund or exchange process will be initiated from our side without receiving the old product. After receiving the product we will process it as follows:-

Manufacturing Defect:- In case the product have manufacturing defect and manufacturer confirms that also. Then we will dispatch a new product or refund your order as per your choice. The refund may be done in terms of Mechkartz Coupan by using which you can purchase any other product from our website.

Shipping Defect:- If the product got any defect during In Transit, then we will exchange your product with a new one. You may ask to return the defective part to send us back. But in most cases your product will replaced with a new one without asking back the damaged one.

Fitment Issue:- We always cross check all our order with vehicle compatibility but if any fitment issue occurs we will send a new product after receiving the old one.

Mechkartz will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against refund arising due to incorrect details provide by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
